1) Branch’s coupling
- The life system poses huge number of “thermodynamic micro-system”
(the vertical line).
- Each “thermodynamic micro-system”, there are many “thermodynamics active point) (it is represented by the points of the vertical line), these points consist of:
A) The first level --- the 1)
B) The second level ----the 2)
And the higher levels
- The inflow of negative entropy enters this system, trigger the processes of thermodynamics
- Branch’s couplings inside the system are motivated, creates the so-called “branch’s coupling” phenomena -----trigger by inflow of negative entropy, some “thermodynamics active points” jump up from first level to second level, they become the “thermodynamics active points” of second level; due to the dissipative of thermodynamics, some “thermodynamics active points” of the second level fall down to first level. This processes are the so-called “branch’s coupling”, with this process, the first level and second level are linked, they are coupled.
If “Jumping is more than falling”, the negative entropy could be raised----which is evolution; while “falling is more than jumping”, the negative entropy could be decreased,---which is degeneration.

It is the second stage of rationalism; in recent history, it is the mainstream of Western philosophy, Western thinking. Therefore, the presentation of full Newtonian (and slight part of the advance thermodynamics) is Newtonian
- Hu— Husserl’s Domain; it includes Newtonian and a small part of advance thermodynamics. It ascertains the Newtonian, and it mobilizes small part of advance thermodynamics to establish the concept of “consciousness flow” to try to find the basic of the rationalism and extend the rationalism, create the so-called “phenomenology ”. Therefore, the presentation of full Newtonian and small part of the advance thermodynamics (Particular the part of free energy) is the phenomenology of Husserl.
- He----Heidegger’s Domain; it includes slight part of Newtonian and big part of advance thermodynamics. In Heidegger’s Existentialism, it rejects the idea of Newtonian—rationalism as the only causality as the world(It implies, rationalism is one of the causality of the world, but it is not the only causality of the world) .In the advance thermodynamics system, there are the existence and behave of the near section and remote section of the time axis of the system,( as well as the existence and behave of the near section and remote section of the spatial axis of the system). In Heidegger’s Existentialism, with the perspective of time, it considered the rationalism only present out the existence and behave of the remote section of the time axis of the system, which is not good enough; the existence and behave of the near section of the time axis of the system must be presented out, these are more fundamental, more significant.-----That is the so-called Heidegger’s Existentialism. Therefore, the presentation of the near section of the time axis of the advance thermodynamics is Heidegger’s Existentialism ; and it presents out significant part of the advance thermodynamics

- W R ----Western religion; it does not includes Newtonian,but it includes the advance thermodynamics. In Western religion, it rejects the idea of Newtonian—rationalism as the only causality as the world(It implies, rationalism is one of the causality of the world, but it is not the only causality of the world, not the highest causality of the world); and it put all the parts of advance thermodynamics system into a “closed package”, establishes the so-called “the God” as the highest causality .In the “closed package of advance thermodynamics ”, instead to deliver out the “closed package of advance thermodynamics ”--- (as the theory of Major Confucian),it develops out religious doctrine with the noble ideas which could be from the part of so-called order of nature of the advance thermodynamics system, and it could provide some help to stabilizes the wisdom system of human being. Therefore, the presentation of some part of so-called order of nature of the advance thermodynamics system , which this presentation is the so-called religious doctrine, and that is the Western religions.
From the above discussion, we could say,
1) In this world, there are two domain, Western philosophy is mainly to work in the domain of (general) Newtonian; while Chinese philosophy (Yin and yang, the Major Confucian) is to mainly work in the domain of the advance thermodynamics
2) The domain of the advance thermodynamics is the true “territory”, many Western pioneer philosopher already try to touch this domain, try to explore this domain,try to apply some resource from that domain to support , to supply the rationalism, even try to open the new horizon for philosophy ; the exploration of the advance thermodynamics is the research frontier of Western philosophy as well as the frontier of philosophy. If that is the case, as the Chinese philosophy (Yin and yang, the Major Confucian) ,it indeed is to work in the frontier of philosophy.
3) In the domain of the advance thermodynamics, due to absence of the theory of the advance thermodynamics, Western philosophy does not have enough resource and ability to present the advance thermodynamics out completely. For Chinese philosophy (Yin and yang, the Major Confucian), it does have enough resource and ability to present the advance thermodynamics out completely .

criterion---Non Kantian; here, it is accountable; so, its legitimacy is high.
Therefore, we have very important conclusions:
First: In the world, there are at least two causal criterion, one is the conventional
causal criterion--- Kantian , another is the advance causal criterion---Non Kantian
( So far, people and the academics world (In West) only recognize the
conventional causal criterion--- Kantian , they do not recognize beyond the
conventional causal criterion--- Kantian, there is more important causal
criterion ---the advance causal criterion---Non Kantian.)
Second: for the life system, if it is expressed by the conventional causal
criterion--- Kantian,the knowledge its expression poses low legitimacy
if it is expressed by the advance causal criterion--- non-Kantian,the knowledge
its expression poses low legitimacy

From above discussion, we could conclude: the conventional causal criterion (Kantian) is only the junior causal criterion,the the advance causal criterion (non –Kantian) is much “senior” than the conventional causal criterion (Kantian); indeed, the advance causal criterion (non –Kantian) includes the conventional causal criterion; non –Kantian includes Kantian; that also implies, the conventional causal criterion (Kantian) must be under the commander of the advance causal criterion (non –Kantian); the conventional causal criterion (Kantian) must be reviewed by the advance causal criterion (non –Kantian); (Kantian) must be rechecked by non –Kantian.
Part Eight
The conventional cosmology and the conventional causal criterion---Kantian are prevailing in this modern world, the rationalism is the dominate discourse among people. For the non-life system, it is not the problem. But for the life system, or the system related to life, it could be the problem.
According above discussion, for life systems, and human wisdom systems (philosophy), as well as any system related to human behaviors and activities (i.e., sociology, politics, economics, culture, etc.), the approach of conventional cosmology, the conventional causal criterion (Kantian), rationalism, and science must not be overestimated. Any propositions, concepts, ideas, theories, and systems which derive from rationalism and science, and attempt to express the existence of the above systems with credibility, reliability, and accountability that can only meet the conventional causal criterion (Kantian)which is the junior standard of causality. Since that is not so credible and reliable, it needs to be rethought, re-examined, and re-verified.
How to re-examine, and re-verify? With the perspective of reasonable non-rationalism, under advance causal criterion (non-Kantian), under the theory of Bio-cosmology (advance non-equilibrium thermodynamics), the theory of Yin and Yang, and the theory of Major Confucian, could be applied to re-examine and re-verify the propositions, concepts, ideas, theories, and systems derived from rationalism. For conventional Cosmology, rationalism, and science, when they are applied to the life system and life related systems, the works they produced are seriously flawed; these serious flaws (defects) are not at the “technical” level, but at the “fundamental” level.
Here we discuss some details:
A) Western medicine.
Medicine is knowledge regarding the system of human life;of course, the system of human life is a life system. Its study should be based on the concept of Biocosmology, the theory of yin and yang, and the theory of Major Confucian. But Western medicine is based on the theory of rationalism, and science, which belongs to Conventional Cosmology. Here, in Western medicine, Conventional Cosmology is used to express the existence of Biocosmology. Therefore, there are serious flaws in Western medicine at the “fundamental” level. Western medicine’s understanding of the human body system, in terms of causal criterion , only holds a conventional causal criterion (Kantian ) which is the junior standard of general causality. It must upgrade to the high standard of advanced causality---advance causal criterion (non- Kantian). So, for Western medicine,it is not so credible, reliable, and accountable, and it needs to be re-examined. In the past, in the absence of Biocosmology (represented by the theory of Yin and Yang, and the theory of Major Confucian), Western medicine placed this "junior standard"(Kantian) of general causality as the only standard for verifying medical knowledge, which is understandable. Since Biocosmology (represented by the theory of Yin and Yang, and the theory of Major Confucian) is developed, and advanced causal criterion (Non-Kantian) is established, we now have a higher standard for verifying medical knowledge. In this new circumstance, in pharmacology and medicine, Western medicine as the mainstream medical system, still adheres to the “junior standards” of causality as the only criterion. So, it is obviously inappropriate, and is even wrong. If that is the case, then it is time now for Western medicine to re-think, re-examine, and perhaps even re-write some of the basic theories of medicine.
How to re-write? Look at the diagram 4 and diagram 5,the life system is (BE),but Western medicine only could present out the(X),which is the (ad) , it is not good enough; content derived from the junior standard of rationalism (Conventional Cosmology---represented by science), which is (ad) can be re-written based on the high standards of reasonable non-rationalism (Biocosmology --- represented by the theory of Yin and Yang, and the theory of Major Confucian), which is (BE); simply speaking, we need to re-write Western medicine with TCM.
B) Western philosophy.
Human life is a life system, and its wisdom system is part of the life system. The existence of the wisdom system, its activity and behavior must be based on the concept of Biocosmology (represented by the theory of Yin and Yang, and the theory of Major Confucian). The existence of the wisdom system, its activity and behavior consist of content of so-called philosophy. Therefore, the contents of philosophy must be based on the concept of Biocosmology (represented by the theory of Yin and Yang, and the theory of Major Confucian).
But Western philosophy, with rationalism as its mainstream basis, belongs to Conventional Cosmology. Here, in Western philosophy, Conventional Cosmology expresses the existence of Biocosmology. Therefore, there are serious flaws in Western philosophy. On the human body system, and the existence of the wisdom system, its activity and behavior in terms of causality theory, Western philosophy only holds the junior standard (the conventional causal criterion---Kantian) of general causality. It must upgrade to the high standard of advanced causality (the advance causal criterion----non-Kantian) to better understand the existence of the wisdom system, its activity and behavior. So, Western philosophy can be said that it is not so credible, reliable, nor accountable, and it needs to be re-examined. In the past, in the absence of Biocosmology (represented by the theory of Yin and Yang, and the theory of Major Confucian), Western philosophy put rationalism’s "conventional causal criterion" as the only standard for verifying the contents of philosophical knowledge, which is understandable. Now, Biocosmology (represented by the theory of Yin and Yang, and the theory of Major Confucian) is developed, and advance causal criterion (non-Kantian) is established, which means we have a higher standard for verifying the content of philosophical knowledge. In this new condition, Western philosophy with rationalism as the mainstream basis of philosophy still adheres to the "conventional causal criterion" as the only criterion. So, it is obviously inappropriate, perhaps even wrong. If this is the case, for Western philosophy, it is time now to re-think, re-examine, and perhaps even re-write some of the basic theories of philosophy.
How to re-write? Look at the diagram 4 and diagram 5,the wisdom system of human is (BE),but for Western philosophy, it only could be presented out the(X),which is the (ad) , it is not good enough .Content derived from rationalism (Conventional Cosmology---represented by science--- conventional causal criterion ---Kantian) can be re-written based on the high standards of reasonable non-rationalism (Biocosmology---represented by the theory of Yin and Yang, and the theory of Major Confucian--- advance causal criterion); simply speaking,we need to re-write Western philosophy with the theory of Major Confucian.
C) Other Western systems (sociology, politics, economics, culture, etc.).
For other Western systems (sociology, politics, economics, culture, etc.), these are systems related to the wisdom system of human systems. So, the contents of these ”other Western systems” (sociology, politics, economics, culture, etc.) must be the content based on the concept of Biocosmology (represented by the theory of Yin and Yang, and the theory of Major Confucian)---In diagram 4 and 5,that is the (BE)==(AD)+(CD)+(AF)+(CF). The existence of the wisdom system, its activity and behavior consists of the content of so-called “other Western systems” (sociology, politics, economics, culture, etc.)”. Therefore, the contents of “other Western systems” (sociology, politics, economics, culture, etc.), must be the content based on the concept of Biocosmology (represented by the theory of Yin and Yang, and the theory of Major Confucian).
But in “other Western systems” (sociology, politics, economics, culture, etc.), rationalism is the mainstream basis pursued, which belongs to Conventional Cosmology---In diagram 4 and 5,that is (x)==(ad). Here, in “other Western systems” (sociology, politics, economics, culture, etc.), Conventional Cosmology expresses the existence of Biocosmology. Therefore, there are serious flaws in the contents of “other Western systems” (sociological, political, economic, cultural, etc.). On the human body system, the existence of the wisdom system, its activity and behavior, these consist of contents of “other Western systems” (sociology, politics, economics, culture, etc.). From causality theory, the contents of “other Western systems” (sociology, politics, economics, culture, etc.) only hold the “conventional causal criterion” which is the junior standard (Kantian) of general causality. It must upgrade to the high standard of general causality ----advance causal criterion (non-Kantian)for better understanding of the existence of the wisdom system, its activity and behavior, including the content of “other Western systems” (sociology, politics, economics, culture, etc.). So, they can be said to be not so credible, reliable, nor accountable, and they need to be re-examined. In the past, with the absence of Biocosmology (represented by the theory of Yin and Yang, and the theory of Major Confucian), “other Western systems” (sociology, politics, economics, culture, etc.) put rationalism’s "junior standard" of general causality as the only standard for verifying the contents of these knowledge systems, which is understandable. Now, Biocosmology (represented by the theory of Yin and Yang, and the theory of Major Confucian) is developed, and advanced causal criterion is established, which means we have higher standards for verifying the contents of other Western systems (sociology, politics, economic, culture, etc.). In this new condition, rationalism as the mainstream intellectual basis of “other Western systems” (sociology, politics, economics, culture, etc.) still adheres to the “junior standards” as the only criterion. So, it is obviously inappropriate, perhaps even wrong. If this is the case, for other Western systems (sociology, politics, economics, culture, etc.), it is time now to re-think, re-examine, perhaps even re-write some of the basic theories of other Western systems (sociology, politics, economics, culture, etc.).

But, now, for biological and medical research, the research and theoretical frameworks (rationalism and science) belong to Conventional Cosmology. Here, in biological and medical research, indeed, Conventional Cosmology expresses the existence of Biocosmology. Therefore, there are serious flaws in biological and medical research. The works of biological and medical research, in terms of causality theory, only hold the junior standard of general causality (the conventional causal criterion----Kantian). Theoretical study should include parameters of negative entropy, free energy, temperature, space, Branch’s coupling and other thermodynamic parameters. Experimental study should include parameters of Yin and Yang, emptiness and fullness, cold and heat, internal and external, and so on.

The brain science and its limitation.
The so-called brain science, it is even more complicate than medicine, and it has more closely link to the “negative entropy” which is the essential in the brain. Look at the diagram 4 and diagram 5,for brain ,it is the most “advance” part of the life system; it must be presented by (BE);but in brain science, it pursues the scientific approach, it only could present out the(X),which is the (ad) , it is far from enough . The(X), which is the (ad), it is not the (BE). So, brain science has very limit significance on the so-called the mind, and it has very limit value for the mind study; particular, it could address the parameter of negative entropy which is the essential for activities of the human mind.

In the so-called artificial intelligence, there is the Turing Puzzle: Can computer eventually talk to human being. Here, again, Human being talking , it is presented by (BE); and computer’s talking, it is so-called scientific, it is presented by (X)---(ad);(ad) is unable to completely address (BE);therefore, computer could not have full conversation with human being. (For the limitation of artificial intelligence ,Prof. Marvin Minsky, and Prof. Hubert Dreyfus had done a lot of work, my work which pursues the advance thermodynamics approach further confirm the conclusion they have made----They work on Newtonian, Existentialism)
